Our Residence is located in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, this residence features a garden where guests can relax with a book under the palm trees. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
Our 29 studios include a fully equipped kitchen with induction hobs,Nespresso coffee machine, Microwave oven, Kettle, Toaster, Fridge, Crockery and Cutlery, Pots and Pans, Safe, 55 Inches Smart flat screen TV.
A private bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer is also available. Some studios have a furnished balcony. Bed linen is provided by the property upon arrival.
Outdoor Swimming-pool. Free acces from 10am to 7pm From May to September.
Paid parking is available upon reservation, subject to availability.
Guests can easily walk to the beach, which is only 150 meters away and the marina is a 10-minute walk from the residence. Guests can take the bus to Nice, Menton and Monaco in Beaulieu-sur-Mer Bus Station, 100 meters away and the train station is 300 meters away.
